So here is our position. The listings are public. If you enjoy the searching, the evenings with a laptop, the filters and the maps, then go and do exactly that. We'll hand you the link ourselves.

But a listing tells you almost nothing. Not what the community fees really come to. Not whether the licence is clean. Not what that developer did on their last three projects, or what the same apartment costs two streets inland. That part is the work, and it doesn't fit in a filter.
